1. How do I book?

2. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however bookings get very busy so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Alternatively you can contact us on the day as we may have availability.
3. How much does it cost?
Please see the "castles for hire or castles for sale" pages for all our prices.
4. What do the prices include?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, a small charge may need to be charged for out of area deliveries, (please contact us for delivery rates).
You will also receive a blower, extension cable and circuit breaker. The price also includes set up, inflation and collection.
5. When are your bouncy castles available?
Our castles are available 7 days a week all year round including Bank Holidays.
6. How long do I get the equipment for?
Castles are delivered and collected at a time agreed on booking that is convenient for both hirer and you the customer. We are flexible and have no set times as parties can be at any time of the day.
7. Do you hire overnight?
Under certain circumstance this can be arranged, please contact us.
8. Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required but we do ask that any cancellation is notified to us as soon as possible so that we can release your castle for hire to others.
9. How do I pay?
Most people choose to pay cash on delivery.
We do not accept credit card or cheque payments.
10. What if I need to cancel?
All we would ask is that as much notice as possible is given as we may have turned other bookings away.
11. What if it rains?
For the safety of the children it is advisable that an adult supervises at all times and if heavy rainfall or heavy showers, the children do not use castle until rain passes. Our castles have raincovers but only suitable for showers.

12. Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?
Unfortunately this is not possible however if it is a very slight slope it may be possible, you will need to discuss this prior to the booking.
13. How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approx 10/15 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire and the size of garden.
14. How much space is needed?
You will need to allow a minimum of 6 feet at the front and rear of castle and 4 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at rear. Please make sure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited.
If you have a dog, please make sure the garden is clear of "the obvious" as castles cannot be left if the garden is not clear.
15. When I hire the castle is there anything I need to provide?
We supply all the hardware you will need for the castle, you will need to provide a mains power supply. We supply 30metre extension from main supply, any further away you would need to supply extra extension lead.
16. Do you supply safety instructions?
Yes we provide detailed safety instructions with every hire.
17. Is there an age limit for children using the castle?
Yes our 12 x 12 castles are suitable for children up to the age of 13.
STRICTLY NO PERSONS OVER THIS AGE SHOULD USE THE CASTLES.
Castles over 15 x 15 are suitable for adults but sensible use is required.
These rules are made simply for safety, insurance and castle damage purposes.
18. Are you insured?
Yes we carry 5 Million Pounds of Public Liability Insurance (PLI). This covers us as a company for public liability. We do not cover ourselves for children injuring themselves due to a lack of adult supervision, you hire the castle based on a person over the age of 17, supplied by you, being a supervisor.
For insurance purposes, this is known as a dry hire.
